There is a reason why my name is on the bag-I'm proud of my coffee! I personally slow roast each batch of coffee in small batches. And I take pride in tasting every single batch prior to packaging to ensure consistency along with handcrafted quality. I am confident that you will enjoy each cup!

Why is Jackie's
Java Better?





Jackie was in her third year of Business school at Colorado State University when she started roasting. That summer Jackie purchased a 5 lb commercial coffee roaster and began taste-testing on friends and family. Eventually she began selling her various coffees at farmer’s markets where she gained a feel for the tastes that her customers preferred. As winter set in, Jackie’s customers began requesting local shops to carry her products and the rest is well…History!

Within a year, Jackie had outgrown her 5-lb roaster. She now offers a more extensive list of coffees, and can be found in more stores—but you can still find her eagerly discussing her passion for coffee at many local farmer’s markets each summer.
